


• Outdoor vendors may drive close to their assigned space to unload. Indoor vendors may pull up to the garage doors.
• All vendor vehicles should be parked in the church parking lot just south of The Design Barn at least 30 minutes before market opening.
• Vendors should be set up 30 minutes prior to selling. Vendors will not begin selling until the market officially opens.
• Vendors are required to stop selling at 3:00 pm and have everything loaded for removal as quickly as possible.
• Each vendor must leave his or her selling area clean and in orderly condition.
• Vendors are required to stay until the market closes, unless prior approval has been received from The Design Barn.
• A maximum of two employees allowed per booth. Design Barn staff will be available to supervise booths for restroom breaks, if necessary.
• All pets are prohibited from attending markets with vendors due to health and safety risks.
• Smoking in designated areas only.
• Market on Madison will follow the current COVID-19 guidelines of Porter County.
• Vendors are asked to refrain from attending if ill.
• All space fees must be paid before the market begins.
• All vendors selling anything consumed or applied to the body are responsible for providing a copy of their updated COI listing The Design Barn as additional assured.
• Vendors are responsible for collecting sales tax.
